我们都应该知道，在许多的新闻报道中，都提到过这样的事情：非洲的某某地区，由于降水量少，蒸发的速度又极其的快，有成千上万的人口没有水喝，*、儿童、老人，他们的生命都因为没有水喝而奄奄一息。无数的家庭都变得支离破碎，无数的家庭沉寂在亲人去世的悲痛和恐惧中，他们，正是因为缺少了那个必不可少的资源‐‐水。
