1.多背点单词，特别是名词，建议大家把红宝书上的所有名词背一下，不多但是很管用。名词往往会是听力考试中的重要特征，如果能够听出这些单词的含义，那么对于猜测答案还是有非常大的帮助的。尤其是在长对话当中，长对话一般也就是对我们熟悉的物品进行讨论，只要你能够听懂讲的是什么东西，即使最后的答案是猜的，也能猜对不少。
2.多点激情，不要没有目的的傻听我主张精听，少泛听，特别是傻坐着，以为带着耳机听到耳朵疼就出效果了。如果听的时候不一边听，一边理解这些听力的使用范围，那干脆还是选择练习阅读或者是语法。听力是需要激情的，如果自身没有代入感，那就是浪费时间。后天这种人为的英语环境，远比不上先天的以英语为母语的环境。更何况，在整体的英语环境中，视觉英语占了很重要的.一部分。所以不要指望着一天到晚听听力就能够是听力的能力融会贯通。

5.跟读训练：在听写的基础上，服诺建议可以进行跟读真正托福语速的材料。实际操作时候，大家可以和录音同步，边听边读。这种方法可以让学生对于托福的语调和语速不断的熟悉。而且，在英语的环境中进行训练，长此以往，还是能够有比较好的效果的。
